Description of Service and Content
NextWatch is a recommendation tool for movies and TV shows.
- Third-Party Metadata: We use third-party APIs (such as TMDB) to provide images, synopses, and release dates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
- No Streaming: NextWatch is strictly a tracking and recommendation guide. We do not host, provide, or facilitate the streaming or downloading of copyrighted media content.
User Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account and data at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.

Intellectual Property
- Our IP: The NextWatch logo, design, code, and original content are the exclusive property of NextWatch Team.
- Third-Party IP: Movie posters, screenshots, and synopses displayed in the App are the property of their respective copyright owners and are used for informational/identification purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NextWatch Team be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
- Service interruptions, crashes, or system failures.
- Errors or inaccuracies in the content provided by the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Brazil. NextWatch Team and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
