At NextWatch, we take your privacy seriously. If you decide to end your journey with us, you have the full right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account in two ways:
Option 1: Directly through the App (Automatic)
- Open the NextWatch app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the "Delete Account" option.
- Confirm your decision. Your data will be immediately removed from our active database.
Option 2: Request via Email (Manual)
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our team:
- Email: nextwatch@nuvemwebstudio.com.br
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Email body: Please include the email address associated with your account in the app.
Manual requests are processed within up to 7 business days.
What happens to your data?
Once the deletion is confirmed, we remove the following data:
- Identification Information: Your name and email address are permanently deleted.
- User Content: Your watchlist is deleted.
- Credentials: Your authentication tokens are revoked.
Data Retention
After the deletion request, your personal data is immediately removed from our active systems. We may retain anonymized log records (without personal identification) for a limited period solely for security, auditing, and system stability purposes, as permitted by applicable law.
